Special Events

Every two weeks, Miss Jessi visits all of our classrooms, leading a combination of singing together, playing instruments, finger plays, and more. She is a favorite among students and teachers alike! We strive to nurture our students' passion for music.

Every two weeks, Miss Jen leads a yoga class for our preschool and pre-k students, filled with mindfulness and movement.

Once a month, the Fun Bus visits Village Academy. All our students who are 18 months or older can explore the Fun Bus and practice gross motor skills in a safe and enjoyable environment. The Fun Bus includes slides, swings, a rock wall, climbing structures, and more!

Once a month, Ellie's Treats visits Village Academy. With parental permission, all of our students are taken out to the ice cream truck in small groups to practice ordering, decision-making, and confidence skills. We love treating our students and teachers with milkshakes, ice cream, popsicles, slushies, and more!
